I’ve been building websites since 1998, starting with simple projects on GeoCities for local community groups. From those early days, my passion for the web grew quickly. I became part of the team behind PRChat, one of the first IRC servers in Puerto Rico, and created two dedicated platforms for its users — a JavaScript-based web chat to connect to IRC, and Gadejo.net, the home for my own IRC server.
My journey took me to Connecticut in 2006, right at the height of the SEO boom. Working with SEOMatrix, I helped countless businesses build their presence online. Back then, I was helping local businesses get their first websites indexed — many of which were built in Flash. I played a key role in getting those Flash-based sites into Google search, and as web standards evolved, I worked to break them out of Flash into clean HTML structures to stay ahead of Google’s updates. During this time, I also led SEO campaigns for dLife.com, a major diabetes awareness platform, helping expand their reach at a critical moment in their growth.
I even launched CTFast — a local search engine for Connecticut businesses, pre-dating Google Maps by indexing local websites and giving them visibility.
My work in SEO earned me recognition as the #1 SEO Agent in Connecticut, and soon after, I became Lead Developer at Digital Surgeons. At Digital Surgeons, I wasn’t just leading development — I was shaping conversations about the future of the web. I even appeared live on Puerto Rico’s #1 national TV show, SuperXclusivo, to discuss domain registrations during the high-profile Thalía case. My role extended from development leadership to public-facing industry insights, helping both clients and audiences understand the growing importance of digital presence.
Following this, I founded ERUNIX, a digital marketing agency based in New York. Through ERUNIX, I had the privilege of working with major brands like Airport Parking Reservations, where I managed their multi-million dollar PPC campaigns, driving measurable growth and returns. For Park Sleep Fly, I was ahead of the curve, creating web video ads at a time when video was still a fresh and emerging format — long before it became the centerpiece of online marketing.
When the recession arrived, I relocated to Texas, where I continued building full-stack solutions, including SYSPROP, a property management system, and NoCreditRent.com, a rental portal helping Texans find housing. Along the way, I earned my real estate license to better market properties from the inside out.
Eventually, I returned to my roots in design, development, and webmastering, joining Primal Labs. Today, I proudly serve as Senior Web Developer at Anchor Software. In this role, I lead our web operations with full-stack responsibilities — from managing website security, data backups, and domain management, to overseeing server environments and ensuring our clients benefit from secure, stable connections to our services. As team leader, I handle the full spectrum of webmaster functions, ensuring that every aspect of our web infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.
After decades in the digital space, one thing remains true: if you’re having issues with your website — whether it’s design, development, SEO, or something that just doesn’t make sense — I can help.
